1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using The Creative Yard Arizona studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Studio Rental

Studio access is by appointment only
Booking times include setup and breakdown
You must arrive and depart within your scheduled time slot
Early arrivals cannot be accommodated without prior arrangement
Late departures may incur additional charges

3. Payment and Cancellation

Full payment is required at the time of booking
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the booking are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
No-shows will forfeit the entire booking amount

4. Studio Rules

No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio
No food or drinks near equipment
Keep the studio clean and tidy during your session
Report any equipment issues or damage immediately
Do not move or adjust permanent fixtures without permission
All personal belongings must be removed at the end of your session

5. Equipment

Basic studio equipment is included with your rental
Additional equipment may be available for an extra fee
You are responsible for any damage to equipment during your session
Please handle all equipment with care
Report any pre-existing damage before your session begins

6. Liability

The Creative Yard Arizona is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the studio. Clients are responsible for the safety and conduct of all guests and talent during their booking.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Creative Yard Arizona from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the studio.

7. Photography and Content

You retain full rights to all content created during your session
We may request permission to feature your work in our gallery or marketing materials
No illegal content may be created or stored on the premises
All content must comply with local, state, and federal laws

8. Guests and Capacity

The number of people in the studio must be disclosed at the time of booking. Maximum capacity limits must be observed for safety reasons. Additional guests beyond the disclosed number may not be permitted or may incur additional charges.

9. Modifications

The Creative Yard Arizona reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
